• Where do you get your tea? We look for teas that have a story. Right now, we’re focused on finding great harvests from traditional regions, but we’re always exploring new places to find something special for our shop.

• Is the collection always the same? Not at all! Our assortment is constantly growing and changing. Since we work with smaller batches, some teas might come and go with the seasons, but that’s what makes it exciting for us.

• How do you pack the orders? We pack everything by hand with a lot of care. It’s important to us that your tea arrives fresh and the leaves stay perfect, just the way they should be.

• I’m new to tea. Can you help me choose? We’d love to! If you’re not sure where to start, just send us an email at info.yulotea@gmail.com. We’re happy to chat and help you find a tea you’ll really enjoy.

• How should I brew and store my tea? Don’t worry, it’s simple. We put general brewing tips on our product pages to help you out. For storage, just keep it in its original bag in a dry, dark spot, and it’ll stay delicious.
